  Milan is the 2nd most successful team in the history of Serie A Italy, winning the Serie A and Italian Cup 17 times 5 times.
  AC Milan was founded in 1899 with the name Milan Cricket and Football Club by Alfred Edwards, a British expatriate.
  As a tribute to its origins, Milan still use the English spelling of the name of the city (Milan) instead of using the Italian spelling Milano.

HISTORY
  Associazione Calcio Milan is a football club based in Milan, Lombardy on December 16, 1899.

  AC Milan is not a football club, but a cricket club. Are British expatriates Alfred Edwards and Herbert Kilpin who took the initiative to establish this club. Because the two men's club name 'Milan' is maintained up to now, who could discourse to change the name as the Milano.
  In 1908, the club experienced a split. The problem is a disagreement between several parties involved bring in foreign players. Finally, to accommodate this desire, forming a club that bermaterikan foreign players are now known as Internazionale Milano.
  Milan is headquartered in San Siro or Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. Meazza itself is a Milan player, as well as their rivals, Inter. The name San Siro is taken from the location of the district where the stadium is located.
  December 19, 2005, Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani announced it was seriously considering exit from the San Siro and find or create a new stadium with a standard football stadium, which is no athletics track and so forth.
