Parma was established in July 1913 under the name Verdi Football Club. Verdi was taken from the Parma opera composer, Giuseppe Verdi. December 1913, Verdi turned into Parma AC FC.
Parma was first played in the league season 1919/1920. And Being a Runner Up In Emillian championship. In Tahun1924/1925, Parma Regional promotion to the League. In 1928/1929 season they won the Division I, and became founding members Serie B. In Serie B, Parma had changed its name to AS Parma.
Achievements Parma far short of expectations before the 90s. in 1990, they succeeded in promotion and direct the Tigers won a championship of Europe with the European elite.
